What should I expect from a motor?
Ceiling fan motors must be maintenance free and silent operating. Solent has 5 ceiling fan ranges and they boast different motor and appeal to a different style requirement and design, we explain this a little better below.
Whirlwind – Simple Model
The Whirlwind ceiling fan is powered by a 60 watt motor, available in 3 blade set only, is not light kit compatible and is available in standard black and white only.
High Breeze – Premium Model
The High Breeze ceiling fan is powered by an 80 watt motor. Available in 3, 4 and 5 blade sets, both aluminium and wood finishes and is light kit compatible. It is available in 3 colour ranges, Standard, Antique and Trend.
High Breeze 100 – Power Model
The High Breeze 100 ceiling fan is powered by a 100 watt motor, available in 3 blade or 4 blade sets and is light kit compatible. It is available in 3 colour ranges, Standard, Antique and Trend.
Senorita – Softer Model
The Senorita ceiling fan is powered by a 80 watt motor, takes 3 blades only, both aluminium and wood and is light kit compatible. It is available in 3 colour ranges, Standard, Antique and Trend.
Brushed Aluminium – Design Model
The Brushed Aluminium fan is powered by an 80 watt motor, takes 3 or 4 blades, both aluminium and wood and is not light kit compatible. It is available in 3 colour ranges, Standard, Antique and Trend.
